To pinpoint the relationship between high frequency tangential instability(HFTI) and continuous rotating detonation (CRD), series of H2/Air rotating detonations are experimentally achieved in the hollow chamber with Laval nozzle. The contraction ratio of the nozzle has a significant effect on the detonation. The detonation waves number increases with the increasing of equivalence ratio (ER) or nozzle contraction ratio. Based on its character, a new type of detonation is defined as two dominant peak one wave mode (TDPO). The velocities of detonation waves propagating in this new mode are larger than the Chapman-Jouguet (CJ) theoretic value. On the assumption that the reflection wave is rotated with the detonation wave, this mode is well illustrated. The forming process of two waves is also given. The results show that the appearance of combustion mode is relative to the reflection wave generated at the contraction section of the nozzle. The inner mechanism of the refection wave is illustrated. These works make a foundation to investigate the relationship between rotating detonation and tangential instability.  相似文献

为解决某矿破碎筛分车间粉尘污染问题,采用喷嘴雾化理论设计喷嘴雾化降尘实验,并根据实验结果在该矿破碎筛分车间应用了超声雾化降尘技术。实验及应用结果表明:超声雾化发生器的液体雾化装置,气体辅助雾化装置和雾束形成器的几何结构影响喷雾的雾化参数与流量特性,液体雾化器与气体辅助雾化装置影响液体初次破碎与雾化,雾束形成器影响雾滴的二次破碎与约束液束形态;超声雾化发生器的气液比与气液压力比存在幂函数关系,幂指数为-1.09;雾滴粒径越小,雾滴的降尘效率越高,当雾滴D50为23 μm时,雾滴的降尘效率在94%以上;在破碎筛分车间振动筛给料皮带和筛上皮带受料点布置超声雾化发生器,超声雾化发生器开启后,车间内粉尘浓度降低至586~10.54 mg/m3,降尘效率在71.38%以上。  相似文献

Studies on bed expansion ratio were carried out in fluidized, spouted, and spout-fluid beds. A single column has been used to compare the characteristics of fluidized, spouted, and spout-fluid beds. Experiments were carried out using air and glass beads under fluidized, spouted, and spout-fluid bed conditions separately to study the effect of gas velocity, bed mass, and particle size on bed expansion ratio. Glass beads of different sizes (0.75, 1.2, 1.7, and 3.075?mm) have been used as solid bed material. Bed expansion ratio was determined for mono-size particles and binary mixtures (different diameter ratios and composition). It was found that the bed expansion ratio decreases with increase in bed mass for only spouting condition and spout-fluidization conditions. The bed expansion ratio increases with increase in bed mass for only fluidization condition.  相似文献

针对红岭铅锌矿分级充填骨料来源不足、地表废石堆积污染环境的情况,提出将该矿选厂产生的全尾砂和地表废石作为充填骨料的联合胶结充填方案。分别测试了全尾砂和地表废石的物理化学性质,验证了碎石和全尾砂作为联合充填骨料的可行性。通过充填配比试验,分析了不同配比全尾砂废石充填体强度特性,得出了最佳充填配比。结果表明,充填试块的强度随灰砂比减小而减小,随养护龄期增加呈增大趋势,随充填料浆质量浓度增大而增大,最佳配比为: 胶结充填灰砂比1∶8、普通充填灰砂比1∶12,全尾砂∶废石配比4∶6,质量浓度78%。根据研究结果,在红岭铅锌矿进行了全尾砂废石充填技术工业应用,证实该技术可行。  相似文献

A wastewater desalination system based on a low‐temperature air source heat pump was developed and studied in this paper. The system consists of 2 main parts: the wastewater flow process and the heat pump cycle. A series of experiments were conducted on the system under different conditions, and the effect of the evaporation temperature was investigated. This system can reach equilibrium at any evaporation temperature using the combination of the compressor and vacuum pump. To treat wastewater with low boiling point organic matter, the system was operated at a low evaporation temperature of 48°C. The organic matter remained in the concentrated wastewater, and the organic removal was approximately 97%. Three kilograms of treated water was produced in 1 hour with an energy consumption of 250 W. The performance ratio (PR) obtained from the experiments ranged from 4.6 to 7.3. The cost for treating 1 kg of water was 0.038 yuan CNY assuming 0.5 yuan CNY per kWh at the compressor frequency of 50 Hz.  相似文献

采用硫酸化焙烧-浸出-电积工艺来处理硫化铜精矿时增加预浸出可以使得铜浸出率增加,焙砂浸出液中影响铜电积的主要杂质元素Fe、Mn、Co等含量降低,预浸出段酸矿比0.3:1、温度50 ℃、时间3 h、液固比1:1时,Cu的最终浸出率大于99%,焙砂浸出液中Fe、Mn含量分别为0.12g/L和0.005g/L。通过预浸出段正交试验,确定了酸矿比对各个元素的浸出率影响最大,当酸矿比0.6:1,温度70 ℃,时间2 h,液固比1:1时,Fe的渣计浸出率为93.61%,Mn的渣计浸出率为59.50%,Mg的渣计浸出率为32.97%。  相似文献

The uniaxial tension experiments are performed on thermoplastic polyurethane to investigate its mechanical behaviors and related potential mechanisms, and the loading strain rate is designing to be wide ranging from 0.0001 to 1 s−1. It is found that the polyurethane presents an obvious rate-dependence, and the stress strain curves share distinct strain hardening characteristics under the investigated strain rates. Furthermore, the strain hardening ratios are sharing nearly same trends and appear to be influenced by both strain rate and the induced adiabatic heating. Besides, the ratio is also strain-dependent on previous loading history. Then, a two-dimension unit cell model is built to investigate potential equivalent mechanisms, of which the hard phase as inclusion is equivalent with crystallization zone, crosslinking sites, and so forth. The simulation results facilitate to explain the distinct strain hardening ratios, even for the matrix from the extrapolated curves under super-low strain rate loading. Finally, the analogic mechanisms of equivalent hard inclusions are proposed, which can reasonably explain the strain rate- and strain-dependence characteristics of polyurethane mechanical behaviors.  相似文献

For a long time, rare-earth ion-doped phosphors have been widely used in temperature sensing because of their excellent light-emitting properties. However, most of the rare earth elements are relatively rare and expensive, so the transition group elements that are economical and easy to obtain have been favored by researchers. This paper presents a new type of phosphor doped with rare earth ion and transition metal for optical temperature measurement. In recent years, Mn4+-doped phosphors have attracted wide attention because of their strong deep red light-emitting properties. La2LiSbO6 provides a good host environment for Mn4+ and Eu3+ due to its unique crystal structure. In this paper, a series of La2LiSbO6 phosphors singly doped with Mn4+ and Eu3+, and co-doped with Eu3+/Mn4+ were synthesized. The crystal phases and optical properties of these materials were characterized and analyzed in detail. We specifically studied the temperature dependence of the fluorescence intensity of the optimized La2LiSbO6: Eu3+, Mn4+ phosphors at 303K–523K. The experimental results prove that the thermal responses of Mn4+ and Eu3+ are different. With increasing temperature, the thermal quenching of the Mn4+ fluorescence intensity is much faster than that of Eu3+, so the temperature characteristics can be explored by the fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) of Eu3+ to Mn4+. At 523 K, its maximum relative sensitivity and maximum absolute sensitivity can reach 0.891% K−1 and 0.000264 K-1, respectively. Our experimental analysis shows that La2LiSbO6:Eu3+/Mn4+ phosphors have relatively high temperature sensitivity and have potential application prospects in the field of high temperature sensing.  相似文献

以中低温煤焦油沥青质为原料,采用NiMoW/γ-Al_2O_3商业催化剂,在反应温度380℃、反应压力8 MPa和反应时间1.5 h条件下,分别在不同剂油质量比(1∶25、1∶20、1∶15、1∶10)条件下进行加氢实验,通过采用元素分析、FT-IR、XRD、~1H-NMR和XPS等分析表征手段,考察不同剂油质量比对中低温煤焦油沥青质加氢转化过程的影响。结果表明,随着剂油质量比的增加,沥青质转化率提高,加氢产物分布也发生大幅变化,沥青质和芳香分轻质化转化为饱和分。但随着剂油质量比的进一步提高,同时也发生了更多的裂化反应和缩合反应,剂油质量比在合适范围能够很好地起到加氢轻质化且抑制结焦的效果。  相似文献
